Had a delightful meeting on Good Friday, that will bring some awesome changes to my life this summer. Kelly has had a rough last couple of weeks balancing friends and school. She is a junior with only nine weeks left. She is really looking forward to a summer off from school and hanging with her friends. We played Uno Friday night, with pizza and wings for supper. I would like to make some games napkins and place mats for our family game night. Saturday I ran errands prepping the kitchen for Easter dinner on Sunday.
Easter was at Debbie's (next door), Jaime came down from NY with hubby and all the kids. Very excited to see all of them and take pictures. I made the Mac and Cheese from the Neely's, my Aunt Barbie's Corn Casserole and a chocolate bundt cake. John fried chicken from Paula Deen's recipes, she is the woman of Southern Soul Food Homecooking!! I really want her Southern Bible Cook Book!!
I went to our Sam's wharehouse to see what books they had and I created my wish list!
My to do list keeps getting bigger and bigger. Only checked one thing off today and starting on more stuff tonight when I'm home.
