Monday - back to work, the salt mines. What a hot weekend, pretty much did absolutely nothing. I have a to do list like 5 pages long. You think I could have crossed one thing off the list. I managed to post/list The Dear America Books on eBay, but that's about it. Last night Big John made some oatmeal cookies, yummy! I really need to get my butt in gear this week.
I have a new box of recipes to sort and photograph. I can't wait to get started. My mother-in-law had a box of recipes, looking forward to making a book for the family. Not sure which program to use to type them in, plus include any snapshots of the dish. This is something that will take a little investigating. For some reason my computer at home will not allow me access to blog spot?? Very frustrating, I'm sure I did something wrong, I just can't figure it out. So many things to do, need motivation and quick!
I did not brown bag lunch today, already wondering what to cook for supper. Maybe Bonnie's chicken & green beans, plus cheeseburger pie! WOW, that sounds yummy!
Big John had the boss tell him last week, they are changing his schedule to Weds-Sat instead of Mon-Thurs. This does not make him a happy camper. Not one bit! He says weekends are special, spending time with me & Kellbells. This summer she will prob be working every weekend, just like last year. So if he has to change, we will make it work. I know, I know just a drastic change for him, not having worked a weekend in 18 years. That's how long we have been together.
